During its last meeting the ETH board appointed six professors. Among them is Steven Johnson, who was appointed Full Professor of Physics after having been Associate Professor before.

Simone Biasco was recently awarded a research grant from the FP-RESOMUS Fellowship Program, a joint initiative of the Swiss university network NCCR MUST and the German Cluster of Excellence RESOLV funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program.

Martin Neugebauer successfully defended his Doctoral Thesis titled "Ultrafast nonlinear excitation and optical control of vibrational coherence in solids". Congratulations and thank you for the time with us!
